Based on the principles of continuous growth and improvement of the professional level of employees in the geological branch, the board of Nadra Group decided to create a private higher educational institution of postgraduate education "Nadra Institute of Professional Development by reorganizing "Institute of Applied Geophysics" CJSC, which was founded in 1996 by Nadra Group and Institute of Geophysics named after S.I. Subbotin of NAS of Ukraine.
This institute is created due to the need to improve in Ukraine a system of continuous lifelong learning and advanced training of specialists, who would use the latest methods and technologies, implemented recently in the field of geological and geophysical oil & gas research.
Nadra Institute of Professional Development is aimed at carrying out training, retraining and advanced training of specialists at the appropriate educational and qualification levels and organizing scientific seminars and conferences.
