The panel discussion took place on December 5 as part of the events of the UN Climate Conference COP 28. The event was organized by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine together with the DiXi Group think tank with the support of UK AID and Net Zero World.
