The training participants studied the basic concepts of fundraising and the components of project applications, learned about Jim Collins’s the Hedgehog Concept, which is developed in the book ‘Good to Great’, mastered fundraising strategies.
Two groups of participants worked on their projects, developed indicators of achievement and considered the project budget: what to look for when preparing a budget, how to establish cooperation with corporate donors, what is the difference between project proposals and tenders.
The training was held by the trainer Tanya Danyliv, Women's Energy Club of Ukraine represented by Snizhana Zhytnikovska, as well as the USAID Energy Security Project.
